WHA IS CURIA MERCATORUM?
  • Mediation and arbitration centre
    Curia promotes ADR (Alternative Dispute Resolution) techniques for resolving civil and commercial disputes, as an alternative to resorting to the usual judiciary procedures.
    Curia encourages the spread of both arbitration and mediation procedures.

  • Centre for industrial / intellectual property
    Curia encourages the study and correct application of the methods for protecting industrial and intellectual property rights.

  • Centre for the formulation of standard contracts and consumer protection
    Curia promotes the drawing-up of standard contracts between enterprises and between enterprises and consumers, while acting as a centre for consumer protection.
    On behalf of its member Chambers of Commerce, Curia performs the function of market control provided for by the law.
Curia is a non-profit association. Its members are numerous Chambers of Commerce as well as professional and entrepreneurial associations. Curia was established in 1995 in Treviso, and it has many local offices. .

HOW TO BECOME A MEMEBER OF CURIA MERCATORUM?
Curia Mercatorum encourages all non-profit associations that share its aims to become members.
To become an ordinary member a once-for-all fee of 1,000 Euro is required for the subscription, along with the constant commitment to inform one's own members about the initiatives promoted by Curia Mercatorum.
The membership to Curia Mercatorum not only enables its members to successfully accomplish statutory goals in their field of competence, but also grants them special benefits for all Curia initiatives.
