IN GENERAL
Curia Mercatorum encourages the study and spread of legislative means aimed at protecting industrial and intellectual property rights: trademarks, patents, company secrets.
Curia is going on with the activity dealt with for many years by the Centre for Industrial Property established by Treviso's Chamber of Commerce.
WHAT IS BEING DONE
Curia Mercatorum organizes in-depth seminars and courses on specific subjects, and in particular the following initiatives:
- a yearly course with different sections dedicated to trademarks, invention patents and models.
- workshops for the protection of trademarks and patents in specific business fields (such as fashion, wine and spirits, glasses, shoes, and so on).
- conventions on a variety of the most current topics (such as e-commerce, software protection, community mark, and so on).
