We would like to inform our customers that we are currently dealing with some technical issues in order to adapt WebCuria IT procedures to the requirements of new mediation regulations, including the need to identify and certify requestors’ signatures on documents related to the procedure.
Meanwhile, mediation procedures will be carried out by filing the usual request form to Curia Mercatorum.
WebCuria is a service developed by Curia Mercatorum, Mediation and Arbitration centre promoted by Camera di Commercio di Treviso in association with the Pordenone, Belluno, Trieste and Gorizia Chambers of Commerce, for a speedy solution to disputes of an economic nature between companies, between companies and consumers and between consumers.
